• The e-ticket is only valid for the selected visit date chosen at the time of purchase (cannot be used on other dates).
• The e-ticket is valid for 1 person (1-time entry).
• The e-ticket does not include vehicle tickets.
• The e-ticket is valid for a single use only.
• Children aged 2 years and above are charged the full Ancol ticket price.
• Purchased e-tickets cannot be refunded (non-refundable).
• Commercial photography and video activities (e.g., product photoshoots, pre-wedding photoshoots, school yearbook photos, film shooting, soap opera filming, music video shooting, etc.) are subject to location rental fees.
• Damaging public facilities in the Ancol area is prohibited.
• Bringing sound equipment and sound systems is prohibited.
• Selling within the Ancol Dreamland area without prior approval from Ancol Management is prohibited.
• Bringing pets into the Ancol Dreamland area is prohibited.
• The use of confetti is prohibited.
• Blocking specific areas for activities without permission is not allowed and is subject to location rental fees.
