• The departure schedule is only valid every day, meeting point at Ciaruten Ilir, Cibungbulang Bogor at 08.00

• 1 inflatable boat with a maximum of 5 people
• The itinerary can change according to field conditions.
• Prices apply to low season and high season, domestic tourists.
• Children under 5 years old are not recommended to join the program
• Age above 5 years is subject to an adult ticket fee
• Confirm reservation, at least 2 days before the tour schedule.
• Tickets do not include river guide tips (non-binding volunteers) and transportation to the meeting point
• The price is per person, for the 5 km and 9 km tracks a minimum order of 5 people, if more than 5 people, please book again.
• Prices are the same for low season and high season.

• This order cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy applies once your order is confirmed
• Rescheduling can be done 1 time with confirmation at least 3 days in advance.
• Cancellations from the organizers are carried out if there is an unexpected force majeure condition and is considered a safety hazard
