• Ticket is valid for all passport holders.
• Ticket is valid on selected date and time (Fixed date)
• Ticket is valid for one-time use only.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected.
• This platform does not support on-site payment transactions.

The ticket does not include the entrance fee to the Uluwatu Temple area:
• Domestic visitors: Adults IDR 40,000 | Children IDR 30,000
• Foreign visitors: Adults IDR 60,000 | Children IDR 40,000

Eligibility
• Child policy applies to children aged 2–8 years old.

Attraction Access
• The venue is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible; however, there is a flight of stairs to reach the show area.
• Guests using wheelchairs or strollers are advised to have someone assist when going up or down the stairs.

Additional Information
• You will be provided with a raincoat on rainy days.
• The performance features the Kecak Dance with acrobatic elements while you enjoy the sunset at Uluwatu Temple.
• Guests are recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before show time to secure good seating.
• During high season, please be prepared for possible queues.

Important Notes
• No cancellation and non-refundable.
• Customers are not permitted to reschedule without prior confirmation from the Kecak Uluwatu support team.
• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted by 11:00 AM at least one day before the event date.
• Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable, non-reschedulable, and will be forfeited.
• For first-session ticket holders (06:00 PM): Late arrivals cannot be rescheduled to the second session (07:00 PM).
• For second-session ticket holders (07:00 PM): Early arrivals cannot switch to the first session (06:00 PM).
